I was once like you, a huge fan of the icon known as Ironman. I was so obsessed with getting my hands on his armor that I would give anything to learn how to make Ironman Armor.

I wanted to show off at my companies Halloween party, so I had to how to make a cool Halloween costume.

Looking for Ironman Armor Blueprints, or for how to make a homemade Halloween costume was a challenge to say the least.

I searched the internet for any instructions I could find on how to make a Halloween costume at home, how to make a homemade Halloween costume, and even the terms Ironman Armor blueprints.

All I found were Youtube videos that really didn’t breakdown the entire process in a way that I could duplicate. It was looking like I was not going to have any luck figuring out how to make a cool Halloween costume.

I  went ahead anyway and tried to make my own. Unfortunately, mine looked nothing like the Ironman Extremis Armor, because I failed big time, and ending up having to barrow a costume from my friend Derek and go as Count Dracula — that really sucked!

No really… I am only 5’2” and Derek is 6’5” – Yes, the Count is a pretty tall character. All I can say is that I was not pleased with the looks I got.

I really had my mind set on being Iron Man.

A Trip To Comic Con

The following year my friend Derek had won a free trip to the next Comic Con event and of course he promised to take his number one bro… Me!

This was a perfect opportunity to get my Ironman on, but we only had a month to get ready. This pressure lit a real fire under me.

I got online and started doing massive searches on Ironman suits, Ironman Armor for sale and how to make Ironman Armor.

Since we didn’t have a lot of time to waste I stared looking for Ironman Armor for sale first and I was shocked at the price tag.

The really good ones cost more than $5,000 and the ones that I could afford were hideous, so I kept searching.

I came across an awesome website called TheIRONsuit.com that revealed everything I needed to know to build an incredible Ironman suit.
